All products Cigarelec ® are covered by the guarantee of the constructor that protects you against any malfunction and other manufacturing defect. The duration of this warranty is 6 months.

Do the customer have pay the cost of returning a product to the customer service of Cigarelec® ? The expenses of return towards the S.A.V Cigarelec are from now on the responsibility of the customer. These expenses are not refundable. The forwarding of exchanged parts (SAV Cigarelec --> customer) is paid by Cigarelec. Also, every shipping back while not reported to the customer service remains the responsibility of the client.
